Parent Education Resources
Metzger Community Preschool is here to help parents take an active role in their child's education and development. Our teacher is here to engage our children's minds and prepare them for their educational careers. As a community, we are here to give you tips and tricks to enhance your child's experience in our school and at home. Here is what we have to offer:
Parent Education NightWe hold three General Meetings throughout the school year where we open the channels of communication between our teacher, our parents and parent education resources.
We invite guest speakers with expertise in child development, parent/child communication and parent coaching. Our General Meetings are another way to connect with other families in our school and ask general questions to our teacher and board members. |
PCPOThe Parent Child Preschools Organization or PCPO is a non-profit organization comprised of many cooperative preschools in Oregon and Washington.
As a member of PCPO, our school has access to a support group of other cooperative preschools within our community. PCPO provides training and support/networking opportunities for its members and our Board. |
