Welcome to Metzger Community Preschool!


At Metzger Community Preschool, we work cooperatively with our teacher, parent volunteers and community to enrich the lives and development of our students.

Our school is one of the oldest operating cooperative preschools in the Portland metropolitan area. We attribute our longevity to the commitment of our community, families and fantastic teacher. To learn more of our history, click here.

We offer an interactive classroom where children can self-guide their learning at various interest centers and outdoor play area. Our teacher enhances their learning and development through various activities, cooking projects,  science projects, daily circle times, etc. To learn more about our teacher, click here.
